Stars and Stripes at a Greenwich Garden Party

Bombshell were thrilled to be back for the fifth time to play at the beautiful Queens House in Greenwich for the annual corporate 4th July garden party. Organised by one of our favourite events companies, Palette Events for a leading insurance company, this year's theme was Rock and Pop and the guests went all out with their outfits. There were pop icons in their droves, lots of comedy wigs and much cross dressing!

Bombshell themed their set to tie in with the Rock and Pop theme, and threw in lots of American classics in honour of the 4th July. The band is often hired as a 5 piece outfit but this time the client wanted an extra singer so Bex and Bex could harmonise up a storm, and tie their outfits in to the theme by wearing red and blue! Free Falling (Tom Petty), Sweet Home Alabama (Lynyrd Skynyrd) and American Woman (Lenny Kravitz) were some of the highlights of the day.

The sun shone, as it always seems to for this event, there were world food stations cooking up delicious treats and the croquet game on the lawns got pretty competitive! Oh and we loved the "Guns and Roses" flower decorations - genius!
