Introducing... Blaker & The Bombshells

vintage harmony trio

It's been a busy start to the year and here at bb towers we are thrilled to introduce you to our new act, Blaker & The Bombshells. Since Brunette Bex has moved to Brighton, she has been getting involved in the music scene down by the sea and met Sally Garozzo and Beccy Blaker a last year. The three of them bonded over their shared love of jazz and swing music and decided to set up a vintage harmony trio. Blaker & The Bombshells was born - the name coming from 1940s war plane, Blaker & the Bomb.

The girls have been rehearsing together for the past few months and have now got a great set list, tight harmonies and classic vintage style. With a few gigs under their belts and a great video to show you what they do, we are now delighted to be able to offer them for events large and small.

As well as many covers of songs made famous by The Andrews Sisters and The Puppini Sisters, the girls have arranged much of their set list themselves meaning they have been able to include songs by modern artists as well as traditional jazz and swing numbers.

Check out their video and promo pack here and get in touch if you would like their sassy, fresh sound at your next event!
